What you'll do
- You will further develop the existing global leadership development portfolio (e.g. 360° feedback, coaching and mentoring), while fostering innovative approaches to strengthen leadership competencies in agile and digital environments
- You will manage and advance global talent and succession processes for key expert and key leadership positions, identify high potentials, and support individual development plans for international key roles
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support regional HR teams in implementing the People Roadmap, ensuring alignment between global strategies and regional execution, and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- You will contribute to international change and transformation projects and foster agility and readiness for change across the organization
- You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, build a network of experts and partners in talent and organizational development, and ensure effective cooperation within the matrix organization
Who you are
- You hold a degree in HR, psychology, business, or a comparable field and have solid experience in talent management, leadership development, or change management in an international environment, e.g. in an international consultancy
- You bring strong expertise in designing and implementing talent and succession processes, leadership programs, change management, and HR strategies, as well as proficiency in HR systems (e.g., talent management systems, LMS)
- Your excellent advisory skills and ability to understand internal customer needs enable you to identify challenges and derive tailored solutions
- You think holistically and with a future-oriented mindset, combining strategic thinking with the ability to translate concepts into actionable solutions, supported by strong analytical and conceptual skills
- With outstanding communication and facilitation skills in English (German is a plus) and a strong ability to advise and collaborate across diverse regions and cultures, you are the perfect fit for this role
