What you'll do
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the global HR core system to ensure it meets business requirements and delivers operational excellence
- You will act as the functional lead for HR platforms, driving integration, optimization, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with regional HR representatives, IT, and business leaders
- Additionally, you will lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as the new global HR platform
- In the area of reporting and analytics, you will develop and implement HR reporting and analytics frameworks, create accurate reports for management and ESG reporting as well as strategic planning, and work with cross-functional teams
- By partnering with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Corporate Controlling, Corporate Finance and business leaders, you will align HR analytics initiatives with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement
Who you are
- Holding a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
- You have several years of experience in the HR technology space, with knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation being an advantage
- Strong Excel skills, particularly in handling unstructured HR data for management and statutory reporting, are required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences are essential
- Furthermore, you demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across functions with HR, IT, legal, and ESG teams while influencing stakeholders effectively
