What you'll do
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the PMO framework, including standards and governance processes such as project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management for Digital HR projects
- A key focus will be ensuring that all projects and products align with the organization’s digital HR strategy and deliver measurable business value
- You will oversee the portfolio of digital HR projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes. Regular performance updates will be provided to senior leadership to maintain transparency and alignment
- Collaboration with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors will be essential to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of agile methodologies and digital-first approaches within the HR function
- Another important aspect of this role is providing thought leadership on how digital tools and solutions can enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement
Who you are
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Your qualifications are supported by several years of project management experience
- Proven expertise in managing digital transformation projects, preferably in HR, and strong knowledge of HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors are essential for this position
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies, combined with exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, is a key requirement for success in this role
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, making you a valuable collaborator across teams and departments
- Fluency in English is essential for this role, and proficiency in German is beneficial. Additional language skills further enhance your profile and are considered an advantage
