What you'll do

• In this role, you will lead projects on both regional and global levels, focusing on product and market development within Knauf's gypsum division
• You will manage cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain Management, and other relevant departments
• Additionally, you will actively contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at promoting long-term corporate goals and growth opportunities
• Your responsibilities include identifying and providing methodologies, resources, and risk definitions for projects, as well as analyzing problem areas and developing actionable solutions for Knauf entities
• Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that the agreed project objectives are successfully achieved within the defined timeframe

Who you are

• You have completed a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Process Engineering, and have gained initial professional experience
• Extensive project management experience, including diverse methods and successful project execution, sets you apart. Product management experience is a plus but not required
• You possess strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options (including financial assessments such as business cases), and implement effective solutions
• Proficiency in project management software, industry regulations, and best practices is beneficial. MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with top management, and fluency in English (both written and spoken) complete your profile
