What you'll do

• You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing and providing business and technical metrics to ensure a sound basis for decision making at all levels
• In order to fully exploit all potential, you will carry out efficiency analyzes and actively work on optimization projects so that we can continuously improve our processes
• You will support the development of a new reporting concept and work with the team to develop a performance cockpit in the area of technical controlling in Tableau
• In close cooperation with our production plants, you will create and analyze international production reports, check them for efficiency and contribute to the further development of reporting processes
• You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing profitability calculations in the technical area and in addition, you will work on various special tasks and projects that will enable you to contribute new ideas and develop innovative solutions

Who you are

• You hold a degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• You have a results-oriented way of working and a technical understanding that enables you to develop innovative solutions to optimize our processes
• Through previous experience, you can work with MS Office without any problems, you also have very good Excel skills and are ideally already familiar with Tableau, VBA, Query and Pivot as well as SAP
• You are a talented communicator (in German and especially English) and a true team player who works effectively with different departments and external partners to achieve common goals
• A high degree of initiative and the ability to make decisions independently in a dynamic working environment round off your profile
