Global Product Manager - Gypsum Plaster (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- In your role you are responsible for managing the global gypsum plaster portfolio within the Knauf Gypsum Division
- You will act as an interface between the various regional and local product managers and other global teams such as Global R&D, Global Procurement or Knauf Digital
- As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you will derive a global product strategy for the gypsum plaster business by comparing the product portfolios of the regions and identifying the corresponding needs for product or portfolio improvements
- Summarize the identified product requirements in global projects and transfer them to the global R&D innovation pipeline is part of your job
- Your responsibilities include the tracking of the global business results (sales, volume, EBITDA, etc.) in your product group. In addition, you ensure that the country organizations in your area continuously monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activities in order to act according to market and customer requirements
Who you are
- You have established the basis for your professional journey through a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing
- Proven experience in product management and extensive technical expertise in plaster business and rendering are mandatory for this position
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends and portfolio gaps to develop effective product strategies are essential requirements
- Fluency in English and a basic willingness to travel abroad on business is a must, other languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact actively and transparently with different hierarchical levels, departments and countries round off your profile
