What you'll do

• You will play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our dry lining systems for interior construction by tracking global construction trends, identifying market needs, and transforming insights into actionable ideas and system solutions across various sectors and application areas
• Leading system development initiatives, you will collaborate closely with Global, Regional, and Local Product Managers, Project Management, and R&D teams to ensure successful outcomes
• In-depth market and competitor research will support your efforts to position and innovate for defined customer segments
• Additionally, you will define and execute system launch strategies in partnership with regional commercial teams, ensuring local alignment and scalability
• A further aspect of your role will also involve navigating legal and intellectual property landscapes to protect and maintain the competitiveness of our systems

Who you are

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in product management and a strong expertise in B2B marketing
• A customer-focused and innovation-driven mindset, paired with strong analytical skills and a proactive, independent attitude, is essential
• You should have a proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D, and other business functions
• A willingness to travel abroad for work is important for this role
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage
