What you'll do

• You will be responsible for the strategic development of Drywall Systems within lightweight facade systems across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on growing the lightweight facades portfolio

• In this role, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans, launch new systems in line with market needs, and manage the full process from ideation to go-to-market

• Working closely with EMEA and local Product Management, Project Management, R&D, and commercial teams, you will drive system development initiatives and ensure alignment across functions and markets

• You will also monitor global construction trends, identify customer and market needs, and turn these insights into innovative system solutions across sectors and application areas

• In addition, you will support market positioning and launch strategies through competitor analysis, legal and intellectual property considerations, and Center of Excellence topics in drywall exterior systems

Who you are

• You will bring several years of business experience in commercial roles, along with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management

• A customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset, combined with strong analytical skills, will be essential for success in this role

• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe will be key, ensuring close alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D and other business functions

• Success in this position will also require a proactive attitude, a high level of independence and a willingness to travel internationally

• Facade experience will be considered an advantage, while fluency in English is required and additional language skills are a plus
