What you'll do

• Drive the harmonisation, standardisation and continuous improvement of Knauf Group’s global Production Planning and Scheduling processes, creating transparency and consistency across divisions

• Act as a key interface between Business and IT for all process- and data-related topics, translating requirements into effective solutions and supporting functional approval

• Use your SAP PP expertise to support the implementation of process changes in the current SAP landscape and help ensure reliable planning operations

• Identify optimisation potential in processes and data structures, lead master data improvement initiatives, and develop sustainable target concepts for future-ready planning

• Play an active role in Knauf Group’s global transformation by collaborating closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, Manufacturing and Master Data Management, while supporting the further development of SAP S/4HANA processes

Who you are

• Qualified with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production, Logistics, or a related field

• Bringing several years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling and Supply Chain Management, ideally in an international or complex business environment

• Skilled in designing, documenting and optimising end-to-end processes, with solid SAP knowledge, ideally in Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling or Supply Chain Planning

• Knowledgeable in master data and its importance for stable and efficient end-to-end supply chain processes; experience with S/4HANA or related planning solutions is an advantage

• A strong communicator with a structured working style, confidence in cross-functional collaboration, and a genuine motivation to learn, grow and drive change
