What you'll do

• Own and harmonize Knauf Group’s global demand planning process across divisions, embedding robust governance and data standards

• Leverage your best-practice experience in demand planning to design and implement a state-of-the-art process

• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design a future-proof digital process and integrate it into the enterprise roadmap

• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories; plan and execute SIT/UAT, manage defects, and secure sign-offs

• Lead change by developing training strategies and materials, delivering role-based training, and steering communications and adoption tracking
  

Who you are

• Qualified with a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field

• Experienced in demand and/or supply planning within complex, multi-division environments, with measurable impact on forecast accuracy and process maturity

• Proficient with Blue Yonder or comparable advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9), or eager and able to learn new systems quickly

• Capable of requirements engineering and structured testing, including writing user stories and running SIT/UAT through to sign-off

• Fluent in English with a willingness to travel internationally; German language skills are an advantage, and a continuous-learning mindset comes naturally
