What you'll do
- Drive the implementation of people strategy goals within the Production & Technology Department for Central & Northern Europe, serving as a trusted advisor to the Technical Director on strategic people-related matters and internal communication
- Take ownership of regional internal communication initiatives by developing and managing content across internal platforms, company journals, and townhall meetings to ensure consistent messaging
- Enhance leadership competencies in the production environment by developing and executing leadership programs while managing change initiatives focused on people-driven transformation, such as fostering a strong safety culture
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of key programs, including the Young Engineers Program, Graduate Program Operations, and the annual technical seminar offer
- Champion employee engagement and professional development initiatives, collaborating with regional and global departments to ensure a thriving and innovative workplace
Who you are
- You hold a academic degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology with a focus on Leadership, or a comparable qualification, complemented by proven certifications in Leadership and Cultural Change-Management
- Solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally within the building materials industry or in organizations with similar corporate complexity.
- A strong professional background in Leadership Development, as well as strategic Change- and Communication Management, gained within an international corporate environment
- You are skilled in identifying innovative approaches and successfully implementing them, working efficiently, purposefully, and with a clear focus on achieving results.
- You thrive on taking initiative, driving change, and shaping sustainable transformations with passion and determination combined with strong skills in stakeholder management and networking
