What you'll do
- Take charge of driving sales growth in the German OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market, unlocking new opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with key accounts
- You’ll craft and execute a dynamic OEM Regional/Country Sales Strategy for Germany, ensuring it aligns with ambitious business objectives
- Hit the road to meet customers and prospects across Germany, while staying closely connected with our headquarters in Slovenia
- Expand your network both internally and externally, dive into market analysis, and identify game-changing business opportunities while setting and tracking impactful KPIs
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, negotiate win-win agreements, prepare essential documentation (quotations, proposals, contracts), and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to keep everything running smoothly
Who you are
- You bring several years of proven success in B2B business and sales development, with a knack for growing existing accounts and winning over new customers
- Your entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an innovative and proactive approach, makes you a self-starter who thrives on delivering results and building strong relationships
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, paired with a sharp business and technical acumen, equips you to excel in this role
- You’re a native German speaker with fluent English skills, and any additional language is a bonus that sets you apart
- Ready to travel and eager to make an impact, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strategy meets execution
