What you'll do
- You will act as the primary contact for supporting 45 plants in Central and Northern Europe with maintenance projects, including SAP PM management, budget- and investment planning, and identifying optimization opportunities
- A strong focus is placed on improving safety and performance by using lean tools, ensuring compliance with corporate health and safety procedures, and minimizing waste
- You partner with plant and maintenance managers to drive improvements in maintenance efficiency and reliability, while facilitating the implementation of standardized processes and long-term spare parts strategies to uphold professional standards
- Internal and external benchmarking and learning experiences are supported, along with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the global maintenance team to develop and implement standards, contribute to global initiatives, and lead improvement projects
- Last but not least: Evaluate technical capabilities and CI practices in the plants, provide actionable recommendations, monitor progress, and prepare board presentations to challenge and improve existing practices
Who you are
- You have an engineering background or relevant education, with significant technical experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance
- Certification or relevant experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and SAP PM, ideally as a Power User or Key User, is essential
- A strong understanding of processes and demonstrable experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies is required
- You are highly skilled in analyzing data, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights and effective solutions
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Tableau) and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment are key
- Fluency in German (native level) and English is mandatory and you are a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with and supporting diverse stakeholders
