What you'll do

• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to assess business needs, define precise learning objectives, and design tailored safety learning solutions that are effective on both regional and global scales
• Consult with health, safety, and operational leaders to identify the root causes of safety skills gaps and develop learning solutions that lead to measurable and actionable outcomes
• Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), interactive e-learning modules, webinars, videos, podcasts, job aids, facilitator guides, and other support materials
• Create robust training evaluation tools to measure improvements in safety behaviors and assess the business impact of learning interventions, ensuring their effectiveness across regions
• Support the standardization of safety training content throughout Knauf’s businesses, maintaining consistency and relevance across multi-regional programs

Who you are

• A bachelor’s degree in learning design, instructional design, or a related field has ideally provided the foundation for your professional journey
• You have a proven ability to create interactive and engaging learning solutions that resonate with diverse audiences across regions
• With hands-on expertise in e-learning tools such as Camtasia and Articulate Storyline, you excel at transforming complex technical content into accessible and impactful learning experiences tailored for broad audiences
• Facilitating training sessions across various cultural and regional settings is part of your experience, supported by proficiency in Cornerstone On Demand (Knauf’s LMS) or similar systems
• You excel in communication, expressing ideas clearly and concisely in English to stakeholders at all levels within a global organization. Additionally, you are prepared to travel for work occasionally (<10%)
