What you'll do

• You will be responsible for general assistance and office management tasks in the global supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Effective coordination and monitoring of appointments will be part of your responsibilities, as well as ensuring that all relevant documents are prepared and meticulously followed up
• Your role will include planning and organizing departmental workshops and group events, contributing to team bonding and professional development
• As the team's travel manager, you will seamlessly manage travel arrangements, visa applications, and mobile expenses
• Creating engaging presentations, comprehensive minutes and detailed reports will be key tasks you'll handle to support the team's efficiency

Who you are 

• You possess a commercial education with further training or a degree in business administration, economics or a related field
• Having several years of relevant work experience and thrive in dynamic, challenging environments, especially with international teams
• You are motivated by tasks that require an independent and solution-oriented work style
• Known for your strong organizational and coordination skills, you are also flexible and reliable in all situations
• You have excellent MS Office skills, complemented by fluent written and spoken English
