What you'll do

• For the successful market introduction of our fire protection product in the French market, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Developer (m/f/d). You will act as the main contact person for the French field sales team and support our local sales team
• You will independently manage our key customers and largest projects to develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships
• Our team in Dortmund is characterized by excellence and collaboration: you will act as a bridge to the core team in Dortmund, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation
• Customer management is of utmost importance: you will promote the expansion and maintenance of customer relationships in the French market through targeted measures and strategic approaches
• To successfully achieve our ambitious business goals, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies

Who you are 

• You are confident in navigating the French market and bring solid sales experience, ideally in structural fire protection applications or similar fields
• With your high level of intercultural openness, you are ready to immerse yourself in the French market and have an understanding of business practices in both France and Germany
• You have a strong industry network in the French market, and building international customer relationships comes easily to you
• You embody pioneering spirit and entrepreneurship: you are an independent, well-organized personality with excellent communication skills in both German and French
• You have a strong sense of goal achievement and success control to ensure that our market introduction delivers the desired added value
