What you'll do

• Driving and overseeing large-scale projects as well as initiating brand-new business processes forvarious Knauf business units with focus in intra-logistics and warehousing
• Manage strategic projects and drive global process improvement initiatives
• Development of intra-logistic processes, addressing logistical processes for areas of incoming goods,warehouse and within production
• Include people, process steps and technology, aswell as the connections to other processes
• Drive rollout & improvements of Warehouse Management and Yard Management Solution
• Govern/negotiate E2E process conflicts with respective process owners/process Steward and consultants
• Ensure training framework
• Strong cooperation with areas like production,warehousing and engineering

Who you are

• Strong experience in driving transformation projects with focus on digital solutions
• Experience in supply chain management 
• Proficient in standard supply chain & logistics software such as Warehouse Management and Yard Management
• Strong aptitude to digital thinking and transformational Leadership with experience in corporate environment
• Technological and computer knowledge and attention to detail 
• Business-oriented degree such as Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other degree course relating to the supply chain and logistics fields or 6-8 years relevant experience
• Ability to work with self-motivation under tight timelines
• Fluent in English – German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
