You will

• Be part of the Corporate Sustainability Team – a new dynamic and motivated team
• Lead projects related to the Sustainability Must Win Battle (MWB: one of Knauf’s key strategic objectives)
• Define, plan, organize and roll-out cross functional projects (e.g. sustainability IT solutions, new processes) with various stakeholders, internal interfaces and external providers or consultants
• Be responsible for the timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality realization of project objectives
• Work closely with top management and relevant stakeholders (all Knauf units worldwide)
• Control external providers/ consultants as part of your project work

You have

• A university degree or completed apprenticeship (with IT and/ or project management focus, e.g. business informatics)
• > 5 years of experience in managing IT projects in an international environment (especially in rollout/ project management of IT tools/ software)
• Strong project management skills (certifications, e.g. PRINCE2, are a plus) incl. change management skills
• A passion for sustainability
• A flexible and adaptable work style
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to get people to work together
• The ability to work in a multicultural environment
• The following language skills: business fluent English, further languages (especially German) are a plus
• Your place of residence is in Europe, close to an international airport
• The willingness to work one week per month at our headquarters in Iphofen
